 Based in the historic Pioneer Square district of Seattle, Washington, Blank Law & Technology P.S. is an information security law firm with a distinctly digital bent. Our attorneys built their reputation as litigators by developing sound and aggressive strategies to identify and protect intellectual property and trade secrets. Since founding Blank Law & Technology P.S. in 2001, we have focused that same energy and creativity on the legal and technical challenges of computer forensics, investigations of computer-related misconduct, electronic document management, and the assimilation of vast quantities of electronic discovery. We staff our office with attorneys, engineers and data technicians in order to successfully integrate computer-engineering expertise into the commitment to confidentiality and familiarity with litigation associated with the finest elements of the practice of law. We offer unique electronic discovery and investigative services nationally to a range of corporate, law firm, and government clients. Our attorneys and engineers have also served as experts and Special Electronic Discovery Masters in state and federal courts. In some matters, we are retained to advise and report on the contents of a single Hard Disk Drive, and we welcome such projects. However, our experience also includes extensive electronic evidence discovery support work in multibillion-dollar disputes such as RealNetworks v. Microsoft and In re Metropolitan Mortgage Litigation.
